2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its prize donors are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period Begins June 11, 2026 at 6:00 AM Pacific Time and ends June 24, 2026 at 6:00 AM Pacific Time. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
Donation Entry (via Givebutter): During the Sweepstakes Period, make a donation of any amount at [GIVEBUTTER LINK]. Each completed donation transaction constitutes one (1) entry.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without donating, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Sweepstakes Entry" and include your full name and email address. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Free entries have equal odds of winning as donation entries. No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash substitution permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Specific product colors, sizes, and configurations are subject to availability and donor discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for prize fulfillment by third-party donors.
6. Winner Selection One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Drawing will occur on or about June 25, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification The potential winner will be notified by email on or about June 25, 2026. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered or misdirected notifications.
8. Taxes Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. This prize has an ARV exceeding $600 and will be reported to the IRS. Winner may be required to complete a W-9 or equivalent tax form before receiving the prize.
9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor outside Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of this Sweepstakes are final and binding. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
10. Release By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its agents, and prize donors from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Privacy : entering e mail addresses will be added to the sponsors e mail lists.
12. Governing Law These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.
