Place your deposit of $300. This is our Design Consultation fee and works like a deposit, as you will now have a spot reserved on our build list.
Let's tailor your bike build to your preferences. In our personalized discussion, we'll cover your riding preferences, materials, ride quality, tire size, gearing, and finishing details. Feel free to share any specific design or color preferences. If you have existing fit information, it's valuable for optimizing saddle height, setback, and achieving a comfortable riding position. A fitting service is available for $75. Let's create the perfect bike for you through a one-on-one conversation.
With information collected John will design a bike for you and send you a detailed blueprint with dimensions illustrating the geometry and your fit. Additionally you will receive a comprehensive parts plan based on our interview that includes all the parts details such as sizing, gearing, colors and pricing. If needed we'll have a brief follow up meeting to edit the plan and make sure we are getting you what you want.
You sign and return the design drawing, parts plan and finish plan, and pay a parts and materials deposit.
Your parts and frame materials are sourced and saved for your build.
When your spot in the build list comes up I will make your bike.
Once the frame has been fabricated it goes into finishing - which can be anodizing and media blasting, or sent out for Paint work.
Once back from finishing we will carefully assemble your frame and parts into a complete bike, ready to ride. If you are not picking your bike up from the workshop we will pack and ship it to you. Final payment on your balance is due when your bike is ready to go to you.
