Kerri is a bit newer to cycling, but as a Pilates instructor she understands the value of a great fit.  She has a client whom I made a bike for a while back, and who referred her to me for a bike, as she was getting deeper into cycling. Given the wide range of route options in her area and desire to explore, she opted for an Adventure Road bike. The geometry is versatile, sure footed, nimble and confidence inspiring. With room for large tires she can ride out to the parks and climb the mountains on redwood tree lined fire roads. Campagnolo Ekar was her selection for drivetrain and brakes. The single ring up front and wide range 13 speed cassette offers the low gears needed for tough climbs but retains tight gaps that make it great for road riding. The simplicity of no front derailleur keeps the riders focus on the terrain ahead. If you’d like to learn more about Campagnolo’s Ekar group, go HERE.

Kerri was a joy to work with and I hope she has many great adventures on her new bike.
