Red Cap Project
Let me tell you about this bike… It is a custom steel, belt-driven, 11 speed internal-hub, disc-brake, “super-commuter” inspired by and in tribute to The Life Aquatic by Wes Anderson.
Specs
Frame: A mix of Columbus and True Temper tubesselected to provide a balance of torsional rigidity for confident handling, even with the panniers loaded, as well as a comfortable ride
Dropouts: Paragon Machine Works Rocker dropouts with rack mounts and a split for the belt drive
Fork: A segmented crown style fork with thicker blades for disc brake use
Rack: Tubus, powder coated
Headset: Chris King silver
Stem: Ritchey powder coated
Handlebars: Ritchey powder coated

Shift Lever: Shimano Alfine Rapidfire
